Welcome

Hi,

If you are reading my blog, then you are probably in HW420 at Kaplan University. I have never blogged before and this is my first time using blogger, so I hope you are in the right place and please give me any feedback that you may have, good or bad. Anything will help. I wish you the best for this term and hope we can learn a lot from this class. Talk to you soon.

    I agree with you that the relaxation recording was a nice break from our readings and discussion boards. After I finished with the exercise I felt rejuvenated and ready to get more work done, and I did. I don’t think this is my favorite way to relax, I prefer your way as well. Watching tv and getting my mind off the stress of life and thinking about nothing while I sink into the couch. I think people (including myself) should make time for them to relax and give their minds and bodies a break. It is important to let your body and mind rest for a period of time and relax muscle tension, and stress.

  2. I have never blogged before either, but you seem to have a better grasp of it than I do. Almost everytime I try to do something I get an error message or my web browser closes/reopens itself. So here goes another try, maybe this time it will post.
